When salespersons, working in shopping malls and other markets are well trained, that benefits
not only the customers, the shop owners also are benefitted. Having this in mind,
FutureLeaders, a leading consulting and soft skill training provider, organized 2-hour long free
training on customer service techniques for the salespersons of Suvastu Nazar Valley shopping
mall at Shahjadpur, Gulshan, Dhaka, on July 23, 2018. This is a CSR initiative of FutureLeaders.
This unique training program is thought and initiated by Quazi M. Ahmed, CEO-FutureLeaders
and President of BOLD (Bangladesh Organization for Learning and Development). Partner
organizations of this event were BOLD, Future Icon, and Excellence Bangladesh.
The training was conducted by Mr. Quazi M. Ahmed, CEO & Lead Consultant of FutureLeaders.
Among others who were present at the program include Md. Asif Razzak, Chief Operating
Officer- FutureLeaders, Yousuf Efti, Founder of Future Icon, Ariful Islam, and others.
Mr. Quazi elaborately talked about how to remain jovial and greet when meeting a customer,
listen to customers for knowing their needs, answering customer queries patiently, not to get
angry when dealing with customers, treating customers politely even if he/she does not
purchase anything. Mr. Quazi said FutureLeaders will continue to conduct this type of training
as part of its CSR initiative in future.
